Mission Statement…
To provide our students with Reality Based Training and an up-to-date education, so they may expand their opportunities in their chosen fields.

Code of Conduct…
Our training and classrooms are intended to be an open, friendly, and enjoyable learning environment. 

All classrooms and surrounding hallways will be free from inappropriate behavior including, and not limited to, cell phone use during class, smoking in the building, disrupting the learning of the other students, and no foul language.

Any student not following the code of conduct may be, and not limited to, expulsion from school and future courses.

Need To Know…
Lifestyles Learning does not offer or guarantee placement assistance.

All courses require students to be at least 18 years of age, with knowledge and understanding of the English language.

No other pre-requisites are required.

No other credits are needed or carried over from previous education or training.

All students will receive a certificate of completion for all courses completed.  Grading is based on a complete or incomplete.

If student is unable to complete a course or allotted hours, once course is registered and paid in full, student can re-register for a later course, up to 1 year, without a new registration fee.  However new materials may be required.

State of Michigan…
All Real Estate courses are State Licensed and approved by the State of Michigan!!!

Holiday Schedule…
School and Training Classes will be closed on the following days:

New Year’s Eve
New Year’s Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Halloween
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Eve
Christmas Day

In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, please contact the school or the director for information regarding class schedules.

Registration / Tuition…
Tuition for courses is based on a per person basis.

Ask about special group discounts.

Visitors…
Students are not permitted to bring visitors to any course. 
Children are not allowed in classrooms.
No pets allowed at anytime.

A $25 service charge will apply for all returned checks.

Refund Policy…
The tuition and fees paid by the applicant shall be refunded if the applicant is rejected by the school before enrollment.

An application fee of not more than $25 may be retained by the school if the application is denied.

All tuition and fees paid by the applicant shall be refunded if requested within 3 business days after signing a contract with the school. 

After 3 business days have elapsed from registration, the following refund policy will apply.

All requested refunds must be in writing

Refunds will be available prior to class starting and up to 24 hours after first class is complete.  A $25.00 Administration Charge will apply.

All registrations are required 5 days before first class begins.

Refunds will be provided within 20 days of written request.
